About the Awards Submission Website

Alpha Sigma Phi seeks to recognize outstanding achievement by its members, both alumni and undergraduate, as well as its chapters and colonies. A series of special awards and scholarships have evolved over the years to recognize deserving individuals and groups. Making many of the individual awards even more special is the fact that recipients are often nominated by their brothers. Awards and scholarships are presented annually at the summer meeting (Grand Chapter or Elevate).

All chapter and individual award and scholarship applications are completed online through this website.

All chapter awards are based on the Annual Report which should be completed online. Each chapter is required to submit this report annually to Fraternity Headquarters. The information submitted in this report will be used for the following: All chapter awards and citations; insurance discounts; distributed to alumni; distributed to campus Fraternity Life advisors; posted on the national website; and used for the chapter accreditation process.
